Prof. Dr. Vladimir M. Cvetković is actively engaged in academic publishing and editorial leadership, with a focus on strengthening research quality, integrity, and international visibility in the fields of disaster risk management and security studies. Through his editorial roles, he supports the dissemination of evidence-based knowledge relevant to disaster risk reduction, emergency management, resilience, and contemporary security challenges.
He serves as Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of the International Journal of Disaster Risk Management (IJDRM), an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to multidisciplinary disaster research and practice. The journal provides a platform for academics, policymakers, and practitioners to publish research and applied insights on natural and anthropogenic hazards, complex emergencies, crisis management, and disaster resilience.
Prof. Dr. Cvetković is also Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of the International Journal of Contemporary Security Studies (IJCSS), a peer-reviewed journal focused on emerging security issues and their intersections with governance, technology, society, and crisis response.
